Well... I forgot about this account for a while, then I had nothing new to post or say, so I never came back. And of course, after so many years, when I tried to log in I forgot not only my password but the username I had used to create my account lol. Typical of me lol.

Yup, I'm still alive, lol.
Haven't been on much so I'm drowning in deviations and messages, but I'm here.
I hope you're all having a great holiday season.
I know I'm late with this, but I wasn't home on Friday and I spent 2 hours yesterday looking through deviations for the theme for this Holiday journal. So, my holiday feature is late... Oh well.
Since Yule was on the 21st, I'm including it in here too. And since the New Year is coming up, I'm adding that to the feature as well. Let it never be said that I'm not organized and efficient, haha.
And I am really, REALLY late for my Hanukkah greetings, but here they are at last.

The Wheel of the Year turns ever onward
My heart beating in time to its rhythms.
I have been through the long solstice night of my heart

Yep, I'm still alive, lol. And I'm sure you've been waiting with bated breath for images of my trip to Scotland this summer (hahaha, yeah, right
). Unfortunately, I have yet to transfer them from the camera onto the computer. We've been back a month now and I've been busy with other things, mainly another IVF treatment and work, but I'm psyching myself up to the daunting work of sifting through the thousand plus images I took! In the meantime, I though a feature would be in order. And why not a feature on Scotland? To make your mouths water while you wait for my lazy self to get some work done on my own pics... Well, mostly, this feature will show how much better than me the profs are, but hey...

Hello everybody,
I hope you're doing okay. I just logged on for a brief update as I haven't been on much still.. I'm writing still, but not doing much good photography-wise.
Anyway, I will be out of town from July 23rd through August 11th as we will on holiday in Scotland and I will not be going anywhere near a computer.
I should have lashings of pictures when I come back, providing my skills haven't rusted and I can find something nice to post here.

Hello everybody,
I hope you're doing okay. I just logged on for a brief update as I haven't been on much still.. I'm writing still, but not doing much good photography-wise.
Anyway, I will be out of town from July 23rd through August 11th as we will on holiday in Scotland and I will not be going anywhere near a computer.
I should have lashings of pictures when I come back, providing my skills haven't rusted and I can find something nice to post here.

Yeah, I'm still here, lol... Hard to tell I know with how little I've communicated lately, eh? It's just that I don't have much to post these days. I've not really taken any pictures and I'm holding off posting more of my novels' chapters until dA decides to add an anti search engine feature so that my writing doesn't show up on google and all these other nifty crawlers. Editors would equate my posting my stories to this site (or any other site on the web, for that matter), as having it published, as it were. Which would negate any chance of me ever be accepted for publishing anywhere. I guess you can say I'm on dA Lit posting strike, lol.
I'll have pictures to post this August more than likely, since we're going to Scotland for 2 weeks and I've cleared all my old shots from my camera to make room! I'm going to be armed and dangerous! LOL!
I will try to make a journal feature soon, if I ever get off my lazy arse to do so. ^^
